In my neighborhood, specifically in the 45211 area, there ain't a candy shop around. I really wish there was a place where the kids could grab some sweets on their way to and from school.

Fundera - I believe it's a decent company, but our representative didn't inform us that the interest rate for the loan program he got us approved for was quite different from what he initially stated. Kenrick from Fundera has stopped replying to my emails and won't pick up my calls. I reached out to the lender to close the account, and they assured me that all fees and interest would be refunded due to Fundera's failure to fully disclose the loan specifics. Once again, I think Fundera is generally a good company, but sometimes even the best can have a few bad apples.

I had a previous encounter with a Fundera rep named Ryan. After taking his suggestion to go for the SBA 7(a) loan, my application got turned down. When I inquired about the reason, all he could muster was, "I guess the SBA found something they didn't like. Give it another shot next year."

Fast forward nearly six months, and Shea stepped in as my new account manager. What a game changer! He made it his goal to ensure I fully grasped the eligibility requirements for the SBA (7a) loan. Thanks to his support, I felt ready to carefully reapply this year. He’s also assisted me in refinancing some other loans. Big thanks to Shea!

Total letdown and a poor investment after five months of empty promises and requests for us to settle bad debts and gather a ton of paperwork for the bank. They claimed we were pre-approved with a 90% chance of getting the green light, but after waiting for what felt like forever, they told us we were turned down. This whole experience has been a major disappointment and a waste of cash.
